Join Tower Group Senior Research Director, Susan Feinberg, along with Axway’s Executive Vice President, Joe Fisher, as they explore best practices around client onboarding and community management to streamline business interactions.
As a result of higher rates of adoption of treasury and ERP technology, more and more interactions between banks and their corporate clients are being managed through automated interfaces. This will only increase if and when banks can facilitate procurement and supply chain activities between clients and their trading partners. Yet, the processes banks traditionally use to onboard their clients for these services are largely manual, expensive, and time consuming, resulting in less than optimal client satisfaction and delays in collecting new revenue streams. The concept of community management is a new one for most banks but it is becoming an increasingly important focus as existing clients move forward with new automated solutions and as new clients seek to move existing services to a new banking provider.
